Work Platform
The Mantis Work Platform is a 36" (914 mm) x 72" (1829 mm) personnel lifting device with a load capacity of 750 lbs (340 kgs) custom designed and manufactured by Mantis to complement the unique capabilities of the Mantis Crane line. It comes equipped with a test weight, attachment arm and adapter. The platform, weight and arm are compatible with all Mantis crawler cranes. An adapter designed for each makes the connection between the boom and the platform so that the same platform will work with all models. The Mantis Work Platform is operated from the crane cab by its operator utilizing the crane controls in response to hand signals from the personnel in the platform. The crane controls provide for operation and monitoring of all functions.
